You should enrol in Bradley Method® classes at the beginning of your third trimester (25-26 weeks).

In every class we will have a lesson from the Bradley Method® student workbook, which you will receive on your first day of class. We also practice relaxation techniques to help prepare you for labor. Nutrition is vital to mom and baby’s health, so we will review nutrition goals each week too.

I teach classes online via Zoom, which I hope will allow couples to feel relaxed to be in their home environment.

Mums, please dress comfortably, as I want you to be able to really relax when we practice exercises. Also, remember to bring water and a healthy snack for yourself.

Coaches, remember to bring 2 pillows and a blanket to class. You’ll need these to help with relaxation techniques.
